Terms of Service

Welcome to Hexart.net, operated by SUPRALIA LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Hexart’s design subscription services. By accessing or using our services through Hexart.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Subscription Services:

    • Hexart, operated by SUPRALIA LLC, offers design subscription services on a monthly basis through Hexart.net. Clients pay a monthly fee to fulfill their design requests.
    • Design requests must be submitted through Trello, our designated platform for project management and communication.

  2. Payment:

    • Clients agree to pay the specified monthly subscription fee through Hexart.net.
    • Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
    • Subscription fees are non-refundable.

  3. Design Requests:

    • Clients may submit design requests through Trello.
    • Each design request will be considered as a separate project.
    • Hexart, operated by SUPRALIA LLC, will make reasonable efforts to complete design requests in a timely manner, based on the complexity and volume of requests.

  4. Booking Appointments:

    • Clients are required to schedule appointments using Calendly for any consultations or meetings with our design team.
    • Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  5. Cancellation and Pausing Subscriptions:

    • Clients may pause or cancel their subscription at any time through their user account on Hexart.net.
    • Pausing or cancelling a subscription will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
    • No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription.

  6. Intellectual Property:

    • All designs created by Hexart, operated by SUPRALIA LLC, remain the intellectual property of Hexart until full payment is received.
    • Upon full payment, clients will receive full ownership rights to the designs for their intended use.

  7. Confidentiality:

    • Hexart, operated by SUPRALIA LLC, agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential.
    • Clients are responsible for ensuring that any sensitive information shared with Hexart is appropriately protected.

  8. Limitation of Liability:

    • Hexart, operated by SUPRALIA LLC, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.
    • In no event shall Hexart’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the subscription services.

  9. Governing Law:

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the united states, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  10. Changes to Terms:

    • Hexart, operated by SUPRALIA LLC, reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
    • Clients will be notified of any changes to the Terms via email or through their user account on Hexart.net.

By using Hexart’s design subscription services operated by SUPRALIA LLC through Hexart.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
